    The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    All tags, packaging and accessories must be intact.
    We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products.
  3. Request a Return
    To request a return, please follow the steps below:
    Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team via email at abdultagin@voyarca.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
    Get a Return Number: The Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Material Number (RMA number).
    Pack the product: Please place the product in the box along with the return number. Make sure the packaging is tight to prevent damage during shipping.
    Returning the product: Send the package to the company’s designated address (which will be provided when you receive the return number).
  4. Refund Processing
    Once we receive your return product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the specific arrival time may depend on your bank or payment processor.
  5. Shipping Costs
